WELCOME TO KESARIMAL PALIWAL  VIDYALAYA
RUN BY SARVODAYA SHIKSHAN MANDAL, PARSEONI.
Shri Kesarimalji Paliwal was born on 29th Sept. 1921. He was the eldest son of smt. Gomatibai and Shri. Ratiramji Paliwal. His father was a vendor. He was a landlord and had own land of about 150 acres at Parseoni and Bhandara. He was born in a well known & disciplined family. His childhood was spent in a business family due to which he would have got a good job or he would have become a good businessman but due to his love for the nation, he did not opt for any of it. At that time the freedom revolution was going on due to which he felt that if the country was suffering at the hands of Britishers how could he live happily without doing anything for the motherland.

At that time leaders like Mahatma Gandhiji, Sardar Vallabhabhai Patel, Netaji Subhashchandra Bose, Pt. Jawaharlal Neharu, Sant Tukadoji Maharaj were fighting for the country, this had a great impact on the young and an active Kesarimalji Paliwal. He felt that he should also do something for the sake of nation.

At the age of seventeen, he got himself involved in the freedom movement. He was the leader of the “BHARAT SEWAK SAMAJ” organization. He felt sympathy for the untouchables, backward classes, handicap, illiterate and orphans. He studied the human physiology and the down trodden people.

He was always thinking about the freedom of India for which he remained underground and helped the freedom fighters. He participated in the “Quit India Movement” in 1942. He was sent to prison at that time. His popularities increased during that period. And so people started calling him “KAKAJI” with love and affection.

After becoming India free, he established many social organizations. He studied the need of people in his region and established organization according to the need of the people. He joined “BHARAT SEWAK SAMAJ”, NON ADICTION CENTER and helped the people.

Parseoni was like an Andaman and Nikobar island. From three sides it was surrounded by rivers and on one side with dense forest. There was no growth of Parseoni village. As there were no bridges over the rivers, the students of Parseoni were unable to go to Nagpur for higher education, realizing this in 1959 with the help of Shri Rananchandji Daga, Anandraoji Kalamkar, Namdeorao Paunikar, Shri Mangalchandji Pirchanji Ranka, Shri Deoraoji Sayare, Shri Sudamji Gomkale, Shri Nagoraoji Kapase, Shiwaji Wade, Shri Rajaramji Wanjari, Shri Zamaji Menghre, Rajaramji Fulbhandhe and Shri Dasharathji Gothwad. He started “SARVODAYA SHIKSHAN MANDAL” at Parseoni and under this he started SARVODAYA VIDYALAYA at Parseoni. Students from different villages near Parseoni started attending the school. As initially the organization did not have the enough students to run the school. The school was started at the resident of Shri Sabiramji Bothara and Gopalji Paliwal. He took lot of efforts and obtained land from the Govt. on a mountainous region. After establishing SARVODAYA SHIKSHAN MANDAL, he started with great vigor.

In order that the sow men from the villages could earn their livelihood independently, he started SARVODAYA SHIKSHAN KALA VIDYALAYA for young children as well as SARVODAYA BALAK MANDIR where the children were given cultural, traditional training and proper nutrition.

He started DAY CARE CENTER for infants so that their mothers could go on the farm and earn their bread and butter. Thus he solved the problems of the working illiterate women. For the illiterate women of Parseoni he established LAXMI READYMADE GARMENTS, and thus arranged so many thing. As there was no facility for higher education at Parseoni, he started SARVODAYA JUNIOR SCIENCE COLLEGE.

He established SARVODAYA VOCATIONAL JUNIOR COLLEGE, so that the student should be able to earn name and fame and stand on their own legs. As he observe that many of the students were interested in ARTS so he SARVODAYA JUNIOR ARTS COLLEGE.

He also started thirty centers for adult education in Mauda and Parseoni Tehsils of Nagpur district with the help of central Govt. between the age group of fifteen to thirty five of backward classes were made educated. He also built a library for adult students so that they could get knowledge in their free time.

He strted SARVODAYA HOSTEL of boys for backward classes by taking help of social welfare dept. at Parseoni. At that time twenty four students were in the hostel. He built sanitation facility at Palora and Bhagimahari with the help of donation received from KAPART, New Delhi.

With the help of Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Sameeti, he made the same facilities available at Parseoni, Khat, Kuhi, Weltur, Chargaon, Nagardhan and Tangala. He made the same facilities available at Ari, Karwahi and Sioni in Madhyapradesh.

The village Mahadula which is situated on the bank of river, was districted during the floods. With the help of people of Khapa, he built houses and provided other facilities for the people of Mahadula.

He had also taken camps for children at Navegaon Bandh and Itiya Doh in summer and winter and tried to impart cultural and traditional programs of India in the hearts of young minds. He also held camps at Parseoni for the youths of different states and tried to inculcate national integration through AKHIL BHARTIYA SANE GURUJI KATHAMALA. It imparted the teaching of Sane Guruji to the students of Parseoni and near by country sides.
He also taught the women the importance of solar energy by organizing various camps. He also stared ALPA BACHAT SCEME for so many people. For the improvement of the lifestyle of the rural people, he took the help of industrialist bank officials and technical people collectively.

On international womens day, he organized a seminar. Through Vidarbha Relief Society he helped the people of affected villages, earthquake affected villages. After the Koyana earthquake with the Sant Tukdoji Maharaj he helped affected people. He also helped the villagers of KalaPhata after it was burnt.

Through cancer relief society he help the patient diagnose with cancer and gave them treatment at cancer hospital in Nagpur. He arranged many camps for the students of Parseoni and Drug rehabilitation seminar for the people of Parseoni. He implemented PANLOT at Tekadi where water was saved and implemented.

He established SAI SARVAGNIK LIBRARY for the village people through which books were sent to the students of Parseoni and nearby. He increased the reading interest among the student. He built the college building with the strong eagerness and still now the construction of building is going on.

He was strictly the follower of man of action and discipline. According to him, he was like a potter who gave shape and direction to the life of young people and nearby villages.
His hobby was traveling and had taken with him so many people to Dwarka, Jaggannathpuri, Haridwar,Simla and so many holy places all over India.

Now we have the building of the school and colleges with natural surrounding. The people like Hon. Narendraji Tidake,Shri R. R.
